الملخص

بحث بعنوان "آراء طلاب جامعة دمشق في توفير محتوى المكتبة الكترونياً" عام 2021 الموافق 1442 ، هدف البحث إلى الإجابة على أسئلة البحث الآتية :

1-ما آراء طلاب جامعة دمشق في توفير محتوى المكتبة الكترونياً؟

2-ما العوائق التي تؤدي لعدم استفادة الطلاب من المحتوى الالكتروني خارج نطاق مواقع التواصل؟

3-هل توجد علاقة بين الاعتماد على المكتبة و جودة البحث؟

4-ما شكل التوفير الالكتروني لمحتوى المكتبة الذي يفضله الطلاب؟

و استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . أداة البحث كانت استبيان . عينة الدراسة تألفت من (416) طالب و طالبة من كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق.

كانت نتائج البحث :

1-أكثر من نصف العينة أيدت توفير محتوى الكتروني للمكتبة .

2-عانت تقريباً نصف العينة من عوائق مادية تمثلت في تكلفة الاتصال بالانترنت وعدم امتلاك أجهزة حواسيب ، و نسبة قليلة من العينة لديها عوائق تتعلق بالمهارات الأساسية في الاستفادة من خدمات الشبكة.

3-عدم وجود علاقة بين الاعتماد على المكتبة التقليدية و جودة البحث.

4-أغلب الطلبة يفضلون الحصول على محتوى المكتبة في شكل روابط تظهر عند البحث في محرك بحث غوغل ، يليها من خلال تطبيق للهاتف الذكي ، و أخيراً من خلال موقع الكتروني.

Summary

A search entitled “The opinion of Damascus University students in providing library content electronically” Year 2021 AD , 1442Hijri. The study aimed to answer the following research questions:

1- What are the opinions of Damascus University students in providing library content electronically?

2- What are the obstacles that lead to students not benefiting from electronic content out of communication sites?

3- Is there a relationship between reliance on the library and research quality?

4- What is the electronic provision of library content that students prefer?

And used the descriptive analytical method. The research tool was a questionnaire. The study sample consisted of (416) male and female students from the Faculty of Education at Damascus University.

The results of the study were:

1- More than half of the sample supported providing electronic content to the library.

2- Almost half of the sample suffered from financial obstacles represented in the cost of connecting to the Internet and not owning computers, and a small ratio of the sample had obstacles related to basic skills in benefiting from network services.

3- There is no relationship between reliance on the traditional library and research quality.

4- Most students prefer to obtain library content in the form of links that appear when searching in the Google search engine, comes after it the preference through a smartphone application, and finally through a website.
